After a very personal and profound stirring of God’s Spirit, together with my wife Leanne and our three awesome children (Adriana, Malia, and Colin), followed God’s leading to Westwood. I am excited to use my gifts in this ministry context and throughout this community and am inspired by the ministry team with which I have the opportunity to serve. I look forward to shepherding this faith community trusting God to do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine… (Ephesians 3:20).
I love this church! My wife Lisa and I have been part of Westwood since 1995 and it has been incredible to see how God has worked in and changed peoples lives. I started out in the youth ministry at Westwood and since then have moved around in various positions until I moved to this one a few years ago. I have been married to Lisa since 1992 and we have three kids, Sydney, Quin and Connor. I believe that God is about changing lives and my own life change speaks to that. I love people getting together in community, having fun, learning about God, and helping each other follow him. What is great, is we have a church that does that and wants to see God work and makes room for him to work.
Go & Youth Pastor
I am very excited to be a part of Westwood Church. I am passionate about the youth engaging in the life of the church and growing in their faith. My wife Amanda, and my boys Keenan and Ansen are enjoying being a part of the Westwood Church family and are excited to be a part of God changing lives as we live in Christian community with one another.
I love being a part of a wonderful church family. My wife, Sandra, and our family joined Westwood Church almost 20 years ago. We immediately loved the feeling of being part of a church family that puts bringing Jesus into the lives of so many people in so many ways as the mission of Westwood. We have 4 children, and 3 grandchildren, and on Sept. 2, 2015 celebrated 37 years of marriage. I have been in the role of church administrator since November 1st, 2015, and have enjoyed being part of a wonderful team of pastors and support staff. I have seen so many ways that God is at work at Westwood, in our community and through our missionaries around the world. I look forward to seeing what God has in store for us each year!
Children’s Ministries Leader
My husband, Doug and I, and our children Matthew, and Kathleen, have attended Westwood Church since 2008 when we moved to Prince George from Fort St. John, B.C. I started working at Westwood Church in 2012, and took on the Children’s Ministries Leader position in February of 2015. Working alongside this group of wonderful disciples who delight in searching out God’s plan for us as a staff and a church has been a blessing beyond measure. I can’t wait to see what He has in store for us next.

Season’s (55+) Ministries Contact
Our family moved to Prince George in 2011 and we have been attending Westwood since that time. Vern and I have two children, Bella and Ben. We were initially drawn to Westwood due to the Children’s programs that our kids participate in. We joined a Life Group and we are excited about what God is doing in and through our church as we continue to pursue Him, build one another up and influence those around us for Christ. I joined the Staff in January 2014 and feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with such a fantastic group of people. The Westwood Church family is really our family. With no close relatives around, we have seen this church become family. We enjoy the fellowship and joy that comes from ‘doing life together’ with others at Westwood. We feel very fortunate to be a part of this growing community of believers.
Office Administration Assistant
It was my pregnancy with our first child in 1999 that moved my husband and I from “drifting” to choosing Westwood as our church home. With lots of young families and a great children’s program it was and continues to be a great choice for growing our family and our faith. To get connected we joined a small group (now called LIFE groups) right away and the friendships I made still encourage me and enrich my life. Through volunteering in Children’s Ministry, I discovered my creative side which eventually lead to me coming on Staff in my current role in 2007. I am so blessed to work in an environment that feeds my soul and allows me so many opportunities to connect with my church family.
